Cooking Class at Lochland
Get hands-on training with our chefs John and Nate, as they walk through cleaning a whole beef tenderloin, then cooking a 4oz filet with a nice au Poivre. They will also teach how to make a hash to pair, using ingredients commonly available at home. A surprise dessert will be revealed during the course.
