Group Fitness & Nutrition
Dates: Saturdays - July 31, August TBD
Get in gear this summer with Group Fitness & Nutrition Sessions with Enlightened Athlete. Instructor-led outside workout, followed by a short talk after about nutrition. Workout will be adapted based on your level of fitness, and help you feel empowered to adjust your personal routines when you leave Lochland property. Please RSVP in advance so we can plan - minimum of six sign ups needed!

Teens are welcome to participate in this program as well! Please sign them up in advance along with their skill level.
Have littler ones at home?
