Summer Leagues
Wednesday Night Men's League
Dates and Times:
League starts at 5:45 every Wednesday starting on April 19th. The league will run through August and the last night of league will be August 30th. The dinner and awards will follow play.
Format:
The format is a 2-Man 1 Net Best Ball Match Play. There will be 2 sessions and roughly 12 teams per flight. Once again there will not be a senior flight. We will allow golfers 60+ to play from the blue tees. Each hole is worth 1 point. If you win the hole, you get 1 point, a tie is worth 1/2 a point, and a loss is 0 points. The teams with the most points at the end of the session will be the winners. After the first session is over, the points are reset to 0 and the new session will begin.
Additionally, there is 4 scramble nights. The "Scramble Nights" will be the last Wednesday of April/May/June/July. This is a separate segment of league. Each night your team's net score will be added together, and the lowest team score after the 4 rounds will be the winners.
Cost:
Cost for Men’s League will be $150 a person for a 2-man team. $100 a person for a 3-man team. $75 a person for a 4-man team. This includes your team entry fee and the awards Prime Rib Dinner following the Final Night of the 2nd Session.
Roster and Substitutions:
You can sign up as a team of 4 players, only 2 play at a time. Teammates can play separate tees because there is no senior flight.
If you need a substitute, they do not have to play from your tees. The substitute must be a member of Lochland Country Club.

Ladies Thursday Competitive League
Dates and Time:
The first night of golf will be May 4th and played Thursday nights at 5:45. The last night of league will be August 3rd. Like last year, we will hold an Award Banquet on the last night of League (August 3rd). We are shorting the league just a few weeks to better align with school schedules.
Format:
Teams will be made up of 4 ladies and broken down into an “A, B, C, D” players. Players A and B will play a match-play best-ball against another team's A and B. The C and D players will do the same. Each hole played will be worth 1 point. If you win the hole, you earn the full point. If you tie, you earn ½ a point, and 0 points if you lose. Each match total will be added from both pairings for one total team score.
Pairings that forfeit or no-shows will be awarded 0 points, and the other team will be awarded 5 ½ points. If we have a bye (because of an odd team field) the bye team will be awarded 4 ½ points per pairing for a total of 9 points.
In an effort to allow teams to play with who they want each night, we will not strictly follow the ABCD pairings. For example, A and D can play together, and B and C can play together. You will need to let the golf shop know in advance so that we can make the correct pairings and handicap adjustments. In addition to being flexible within your team of 4, you can sign up as a group of 2 if you cannot find a full team of 4 to sign up with. The golf shop will pair you with another group of 2 to make a full team that will last the season. However, you will only play with the gal you signed up with.
Cost:
The cost to play in Ladies’ League will be $125 per person. Carts are separate charges. As a reminder, you must have a GHIN handicap (or be enrolled in the GHIN system) to participate in LTEG. Ladies not currently in the GHIN system will be added after signups are complete.

Teams can be up to 7 ladies, but a maximum of 4 can represent your team each night. (if the other ladies want to play on your team, we will find a place for them out on the golf course; however, their score will not be counted)
You must be a Lochland Member out of high school to be on a Ladies League Team. Substitutions can be non-members; however, they will need an official GHIN or league handicap that can be authenticated. A modified guest fee of $30 will be in place for non-member subs (does not include cart fees).

Morning Leagues
Tuesday Morning Senior League
Date:The league will run May 2nd through July 25th. Tee times are set by the participants between 8am – 12pm. Play with whoever you want, play 9, play 18 it doesn’t matter as long as you tee off between 8-12.
Format: 9 Hole Pick your Partner 1-Net Best Ball
Before you tee off you must inform the golf shop on who you will pick as your 1-Net Best Ball partner. You and your picked partner’s best ball will count as your INDIVIDUAL best ball score. You do not have to play with your partner and there is no restriction on how many times a person can be selected. Your total score will be added week to week for 4 weeks. There will be 3 sessions during this league. If you want to play 18 holes that day, no problem just hand in your scorecard at the turn. We will rotate starting on #1 and #10 weekly.
Eligibility:
Must be a member of Lochland and be 60 years or older. GHIN handicaps are required. Your selected partner must also be part of the league.
Cost:
$60 entry fee total for the 12 weeks of play. (There will be no league on July 4th) All entry fees will go to payouts.
