Yoga & Water Aerobics

Poolside Fitness will be conducted a little differently than years past, with the classes occurring on different days. Sign ups for the different classes required. 

Water Aerobics

Instructor: Erika Knott, YMCA

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays through August.
  • 8-9AM
  • $40 per month, $100 for 3 months (June, July, August)
  • The CDC states to advise guests to not wear masks in the water as it is difficult to breathe when wet.


Instructors: Megan Arrington, Kim Stein, Chelsie Wilson

  • Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 8-9AM, through September.
  • $7 per class per person, accompanied guests welcome. Per-class attendance will be tracked at each session.
  • As you prepare your spaces and mats in the morning, please try to keep at least 10 feet distance between other mats, since you will be moving and breathing!
  • If you want props (yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blanket), please bring your own, instructors will not be providing them this year due to sanitizing concerns.
  • No hands-on adjustments will be made during these classes.
  • In case of inclement weather, class will be canceled, and will NOT be held indoors. 
  • Accompanied guests may attend as drop-ins, and will be billed to the accompanying member's account.
