Lochland is one of the top choices for venue rental space in the Hastings, Nebraska area. Our two-story window overlooks the pristine course, our clubhouse sets the tone for an elegant evening, and our kitchen crafts delicious dining menus. Behind the scenes, an entire full-service team led by our Banquet Manager is working to make sure your event is executed flawlessly.

Our event space ranges from the entire clubhouse, to the ballroom to accommodate 250, to our smaller dining areas for intimate rehearsal dinners. New audio and video equipment will be available early in 2021!

All of these services and amenities are included in the competitive cost of our venue rental. Plus, venue use fees are waived for our Lochland Members!

What does full-service mean?

If you want to feel at ease in the planning process by having most of the decisions made all at once and in one place, we are the perfect fit for you. This includes the setup of your event (tables, chairs, table settings, house decorations), the post-event take down, and cleaning. With us, you can go to a few meetings with one person, instead of having multiple meetings individually with each of your wedding vendors. Plus, you can ask our Banquet Manager for some new ideas; we’ve probably seen it before! You don’t have to worry about whether the caterer or your chair rental vendor is running late or out of the loop because they’re already here!

Decor and setup

We provide the use of centerpiece décor, tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware and glassware. If you were to rent those items, you'd be charged quite a bit in addition, on top of the additional coordination and timeline management of each vendor. Of course, if our decor is not your taste, you are welcome to bring in your style of flair to the space. We even pack up your decorations, so they are ready for you to pick up the next day.

Catering

Booking your own caterers can be expensive and stressful, especially if some of your guests have dietary requirements. Instead of trying numerous menus from many different caterers, we can provide you with the perfect high-quality meal. In addition to overwhelming options from outside catering, normally a mediator is required between the catering company, the venue, and rental companies (for things like making sure electricity for heated dishes is available, and in a location that won’t conflict with the flow of the event or the servers). Often times, that responsibility falls on you, with decisions and coordination required on your special day. Since our kitchen, service, and venue team are all housed under one roof, you won’t need to worry about these logistics.

Other points to consider

• Parking with drive-through awning. Our private lot is reserved for use of our facilities only. Your attendees won’t need to worry about parking blocks away, or remembering where they left their car. Even better, during rain or snow storms, guests may drive right up to the front door, and drop off passengers under our protected awning.
• Locker rooms to get ready. For weddings, our locker rooms are the perfect space for wedding parties to put on the final touches before the ceremony or parties begin!
• Fully ADA accessible. Providing the best experience for every single attendee is our goal, including those with ADA needs. Our clubhouse interior is fully accessible to those in wheelchairs.
• Rental fees waived for our Lochland Members. Our clubhouse is your clubhouse, so we waive the costs associated with using space in the building.
